Design work begins as soon as you pay: we reserve your designer's time and start preparing your project. For that reason, payments are non-refundable, and that includes the case where you change your mind about the concepts.
Every package includes two rounds of up to five changes on the concept you choose. We use them to get your brand right. If you need more, you can add another round from your client portal.
