These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the design services offered on this website by Molcajete Diseño MX, doing business as Apex Agency ("Apex", "we", "us"). By buying a package you agree to these Terms and to our Refund Policy.

Each package lists exactly what it includes on our packages section. Prices are in U.S. dollars, paid once, by card or PayPal. Anything not listed in your package can be quoted separately.
Projects take about 15 days on average. This is an estimate, not a guarantee: timing depends on how quickly you submit your brief, review proposals and send feedback. If you don't respond for 30 consecutive days, we may close your project. You can reopen it within 6 months by writing to us; after that, a reactivation fee may apply.
You confirm that any text, images, names or logos you send us are yours or that you have permission to use them, and that your business name does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Once your package is paid in full and your final files are delivered, we assign to you the copyright in the final approved logo and the deliverables made for you. Concepts you did not choose, drafts and working files remain ours. Fonts and stock images are licensed by their makers; we tell you which ones we used and how to license them for your use.
We may show the work we made for you in our portfolio and marketing. If you prefer we don't, write to us and we will stop featuring it.
We design brands; we do not perform trademark searches or file trademark applications. Before you invest in signage or printing, we recommend that a trademark attorney check that your name and logo are available.
Packages that include a website, domain, email or online booking rely on third-party providers (for example hosting, domain registrars and booking tools). Their own terms and fees apply after any period included in your package. If your website collects patient information, you are responsible for choosing booking and form tools that meet your legal obligations, including HIPAA where it applies, and for signing any agreements those providers require. We do not store patient health information.
We may set up or design materials for platforms such as Google, Healthgrades or Zocdoc. Apex Agency is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those companies.
Payments are handled by our payment processors; we do not store your card details. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits.
